[tngusers2] Internal Server Error when trying to make histories

Darrin,Thanks but still no joy. I have checked permissions all OK. TNG's php
diagnostics all show green. Even the unmodified history_template.php file
won't run (I did remove the two lines at the top as the file says).
I still get a 500 Internal Server errror.
