[tngusers2] with web site new user doesn't go anywhere

I had this problem when I was In Maintenance mode, Darrin thought it was
because I hadn't updated newacctform.php

Which was true, as I have customised it, I haven't had a chance yet to test
though?

Is your Grandson an Administrator?

Could the problem be that your site is in 'Maintenance mode'?

 

If you are permanently signed is as administrator, you will not see it.

 

To turn it off, go to Admin > Setup > Configuration > General Settings >
Database > Maintenance Mode > Off

One of my relatives tried to register as a new user.  When she clicked on
the link at the login page, it just returned to the login page.  Do I have
to add the person first?  I had my grandson register and I don't think there
was a problem.
