You will probably find this is because of the OS where your server is located.               *nix operating systems are case dependent (for want of a better expression).  This is you use a link for an image and use '.JpG' (note the mixture of case, then the image MUST also be .JpG.       So - if you link uses.JPG, so must the image and vice versa - link uses .jpg then so must the image.



So this may explain the different outcomes that you and I have experienced, and something I shall look out for in the future.   Cheers, Joyaa

  Well I must add my comment - I have no trouble at all with file extensions, can be JPG or jpg can be 33 KB or 500 KB. They always load , always viewable, and always attached to the person properly. I am using version 7.1.0. I have 1,500 images and a few pdf files online.
