[tngusers2] private individual on gedcom import

i had already just change the problem person to invisible to get past the
problem. Still curious as to why the record showed up as private in my
website as if changed everytime i exported. Especially since the date last
modified shows the proper date several months ago. Not gonna chase it since
the person's wish to suppress the information is taken care of.
