[tngusers2] Error message on GEDCOM import

It means that the server rejected the file you uploaded as too large. Since
TNG was never "told" about that (it thinks the upload was successful), it
encounters an error when it tries to read from the file that isn't there.
Instead try uploading the gedcom to the "gedcom" folder with FTP before the
import, then import it directly from there.
